Without a shadow of a doubt the best brunch in London, and at a great price! Fruit smoothie was delicious, porridge was a great portion, and the pancakes were fluffy and delicious, with very good quality ingredients - have no idea how they made the fruits taste that good!

We stopped by for brunch recently and instantly fell in love with this place. Firstly, the decor was lovely, it was very trendy and had a nice feel. The staff were so kind to us - from the person who served us to the people cooking the food. There were lots of produce to buy and take away - really interesting items, including healthier options. They cater for gluten and lactose free which was refreshing. There was stuff that I’d never seen before and tons of different types of flavours and varieties. Both of our breakfast choices were absolutely delicious and cooked fresh on the premises. The portion sizes were massive and we particularly enjoyed our freshly squeezed juice - we could see this being made and they used whole fruit and veg so it was super healthy but tasted amazing. The menu is vast and we were spoiled for choice. There were lots of home made cakes and pastries - sweet and savoury - as well as coffee. We particularly liked the look of the matcha cake but we were too full to try this! It was really busy when we visited and appears to be a popular spot - we can now see why! One of the best places we visited when in London - we will be back!

Out of the Woods — Upper Leytonstone’s artisan café, blending community spirit with hearty, homemade food. Opened in 2024 in Upper Leytonstone, Out of the Woods transformed a long‑vacant butcher’s shop near Hollow Ponds into a stylish, welcoming café. The interior, designed by local studio Horse, retains original tiling from its butcher days while adding modern, cozy touches. Menu Highlights Lasagne: described by reviewers as “the best I can remember” — rich, comforting, and perfectly baked. Breakfast & brunch classics: pancakes, eggs, avocado toast, and fresh salads. Cakes & pastries: freshly baked daily, ideal with coffee or tea. Specialty coffee & teas: artisan brews, plus fresh juices. Vegan, vegetarian & gluten‑free options: accessible and varied, making it inclusive for all diets.
